Scope Development The CONSULTANT will review existing information provided by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY to develop up to three alternates that fit within the existing right-of-way. CONSULTANT will prepare: • Exhibits/sketches depicting up to three (3) alternatives of cross sections for Technology Drive. • Preliminary opinions of probable cost estimate. for each alternative. • Memorandum summarizing the costs, impacts, and benefits for each alternate. o The memorandum will be reviewed by Fishers Engineering Department and the Fishers Community and Economic Development Department, with revisions made one (1) time, as needed. • The Consultant will lead, facilitate, and prepare minutes for one (1) meeting with Fishers Engineering Department representatives to finalize the memo. The CONSULTANT will develop and make a recommendation in conjunction with project goals and budgets identified by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY.
