Specific Projects. In addition to the general consulting services described in Section 1 above, Client agrees to complete the following projects (together the “Specific Projects”): Project #1 - Complete SOLAR and implement actions related to the FDA meeting (none envisaged for ATLL as of this point) Project #2 - Select a lead candidate for the miR 29 program in IPF, applying the Client’s typical rigorous data and selection standards (this has been done except we want to be sure we also have studies planned to elaborate the PK/PD profile more fully and to assess a reduction in lung fibrosis in a model (or models) of established fibrotic disease) Project #3 – Complete a comprehensive BD diligence room for all R&D assets for potential partnering
Specific Projects. The parties will engage in specific joint marketing and/or sales efforts under terms and conditions as set forth in project plans which shall be mutually agreed upon in writing and executed by the parties (each a “Project Plan”). Each Project Plan shall specifically reference this Agreement and, upon execution, shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.
Specific Projects. In order to carry out the objective of collaboration, the parties will be develop one or more specific Agreements, describing the working plan and activities, as well as their sources of funding and the human and material resources required to their implementation that in turn will need to be approved by the authorities of each institution.

Specific Projects. The work performed under this MOU may include the following: • The USGS and DOE/FECM may collect and share relevant non-proprietary international data, publications, or resource assessment estimates related to geologic carbon dioxide storage. This effort may include discussions and interactions with multiple international governments, geologic surveys, and other organizations. • The USGS and DOE/FECM may work to review the relevant methodologies and resource assessment systems published by various countries, research institutions, industry organization, and others to generate data and other information that could be used with various methodologies for quantification of both resources and reserve estimates of carbon dioxide storage. Ideally, there would be convergence around a common methodology/methodologies that could be used to compare storage capacity across jurisdictions. • The USGS and DOE/FECM may individually or jointly meet with other governments or international entities to evaluate the current state of existing international (both regional and national) carbon dioxide storage assessments, the availability of data, and identification of data gaps needed for geologic carbon dioxide storage resource assessments. • DOE/FECM will work with USGS to facilitate engagement with multilateral organizations and initiatives. For example: • DOE/FECM fosters and coordinates global technical cooperation in prominent energy organizations and efforts, such as the International Energy Agency (IEA) Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) Unit, IEA Working Party on Fossil Energy, the International Centre for Sustainable Carbon, the IEA Greenhouse Gas Technology Programme, the IEA Hydrogen Technology Collaboration Programme, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Expert Group on Clean Fossil Energy, the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum, and the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) CCUS Initiative. • DOE/FECM has existing relationships with these organizations, as well as with other groups such as the Global CCS Institute and the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (through the CEM CCUS Initiative). DOE/FECM also engages bilaterally with countries with experience and equities in CCUS, such as Norway, the United Kingdom, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. • USGS and DOE may use the data collected under this MOU to support other countries’ efforts to evaluate the geologic carbon dioxide storage resources and reserves for individual basins, countries, or global regions....
Specific Projects. The following Projects have been mutually agreed to by the Parties and services for these Projects shall be provided by Contractor for the term of this Agreement:
Specific Projects. Parties shall jointly agree on collaborative research projects of mutual interest. The specific projects shall fall within the terms of reference of this MoU stating in each case precisely what is being proposed, how it shall be executed. responsibilities and obligations of each Party, source of funding, duration and other pertinent matters. Each project proposal shall follow the internal approval policies of both organizations. This MoU does not preclude project proposal development by either Party alone; neither does it preclude inclusion of other interested parties as appropriate.

Specific Projects. 3.1 In cases where the Parties identify options for collaboration, the Parties may agree on the particular terms and conditions of any specific initiatives and activities through separate written implementation agreements:

(i) reference to this MOU and the general conditions set forth herein,
(ii) the activities involved,
(iii) any specific obligations of the Parties;
(iv) ownership of intellectual property rights arising from the outcomes
(v) the budget and its funding and other financial arrangements;
(vi) the duration, and
(vii) any specific modalities and conditions.
3.3 Any initiative or activity under an implementation agreement will be subject to the regulations and rules of the Parties and the general terms and conditions pertaining to this MOU.
