Student Health Services. The School shall provide students with appropriate school health services and safety protections, including providing first aid care for ill and injured students. The school may recommend that parents seek the help of medical professionals or appropriate health agencies for cases beyond its scope of responsibility.

Student Health Services. The District and the Association recognize that requiring an untrained employee to perform student health services is not desirable. Accordingly, the parties agree that should problems arise regarding the provision of such services by any employee, they will promptly confer in an effort to resolve such problems. In all such cases, the parties agree to be guided by the concept that the provision of such services shall be provided by a trained volunteer or by a person hired and trained to provide such services.
Student Health Services. 3.10.1 The worksite administrator shall designate in writing the person(s) responsible to dispense medication on an individual basis. Such authorized person(s) designated to dispense medication shall receive training from the school nurse.
Student Health Services. At the annual designation and funding of the Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department, a Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department Health Technician may be present in the building during the student day that is supervised by a Health Department nurse. The Xxxxxxxxx County Health Department shall be responsible for providing the personnel and associated costs.
