Communication with Parents. With the exception of communication regarding cancellation, withdrawal and notice of withdrawal the School will (unless otherwise notified) treat any communication from any person with parental responsibility as having been given on behalf of each such person unless other arrangements are made and any communication from the School to any such person as having been made to each of them.

Communication with Parents. A. Bargaining unit members are expected to communicate with parents/guardians/custodians regarding general classroom activities. Communication with Parents. Emergency Cancellations of Program Parents will be notified by email, our Facebook page, website and phone call. We will follow public school cancelations. In an emergency situation, the children will be taken to the following supervised “safe place” where parents can pick them up: Our Lady of Pity Church Parents should have in place an emergency plan for those times when Religious Education must be cancelled due to weather.
