Operation of the School. The School shall at all times be operated by the Governing Board of the School in accordance with state and federal law, and State Board rule.

Operation of the School. 2.1. GCBOE will operate on GTCC’s premises a public high school with the official name of “The Early/Middle College of Entertainment Technology at GTCC” (“the School”).
Operation of the School. 2.1. GCBOE will operate on UNCG's premises a public high school with the official name of “Middle College at University of North Carolina at Greensboro” (“the School”). All federal, state and local laws and requirements applicable to comparable public high schools will be applicable to the School, and GCBOE shall be responsible for the cost of complying with all such federal, state and local requirements.
Operation of the School. The School’s governing board shall continue to 6 operate the school during the pendency of any appeal to the Sponsor as set 7 forth in Section 1002.33(8), F.S. In that event, all provisions of this 8 Charter shall remain in effect. If th e Sponsor denies the School’s appeal, 9 the School shall close notwithstanding any further appeal to an appellate 10 court. The closing date shall be ne gotiated between the Sponsor and the 11 School.

The Sponsor shall immediately assume the operation of 17 the School upon providing the notice of i mmediate termination for a period of 18 time as determined solely and exclusively by the Sponsor. Failure by Sponsor to 19 assume and continue operation of the School shall result in the awarding of 20 reasonable costs and attorney’s fees to the School if the School prevails on appeal 21 in accordance with Section 1002.33(8)(d). Nothing herein shall be construed as 22 an obligation on the part of the Sponsor to secure an extension of a lease term 23 during the pendency of an appeal or to pay with the Sponsor’s funds any debts 24 incurred by the School in order to avert a foreclosure or eviction.

Operation of the School a) Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DCBOE shall operate a public high school on the campus of the COLLEGE with the official name of “Davidson Early College” (“the School”). All federal, state and local laws applicable to public high schools will be applicable to the School, including but not limited to curriculum, provision of textbooks and related materials, provision of health services, compliance with laws and regulations governing education of students with disabilities, compliance with federal and state laws governing the privacy of student records, and compliance with state laws governing health and safety of minors and discipline.
