Single Point of Entry. EIAH will offer a single point of entry for guidance and advice for investments within the Union by means of an interactive, easily accessible web portal and a support team. EIAH services shall be available to public and private project promoters, including NPBs and investment platforms or funds and public sector entities. The interactive web portal will provide information and guidance on EIAH and the different advisory services available while guiding potential investors and public authorities to the most appropriate advisory services to support their needs. The web portal will have links to existing and new advisory programs, including those of partner institutions such as the EU and NPBs, and to the European Investment Project Portal. The support team will guide counterparts through the services available. EIAH shall aim at putting in place a single telephone number across the Union for reaching the EIAH support team. The support team shall also assess the needs not covered at present by existing technical assistance initiatives and, where possible, match requests with the most appropriate Bank, EU or other support available. A tracking system shall be developed to monitor the request for EIAH services.
Single Point of Entry. The ELC shall utilize the coalition services portal to process VPK and SR electronic applications and manage the waiting list in compliance with Rule 6M-4.300, F.A.C. The ELC shall maintain hyperlinks on their websites with the web addresses for the Family Portal and Provider Portal as designated by OEL. The ELC shall provide direct access from the coalition's home page of their website to providers and for parents to apply for SR and VPK programs (no more than one mouse click from the coalition's home page of their website to get to the family portal and provider portal). The ELC will verify monthly that its contact information on the ELC’s webpage is accurate. The ELC shall review submitted, SR applications within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt. The ELC shall verify and document each parent/guardian and child’s potential eligibility in the “Waiting” status at least once every 6 months based on the parent/guardian’s last revalidation date. The ELC shall verify that notifications of revalidation requirements are sent to families at least 30 calendar days before the revalidation date. The ELC shall document families who do not revalidate eligibility and change their record status from “Waiting” to “Terminated”. The ELC shall designate at least one system administrator to manage user accounts for the coalition services portal. The ELC shall manage user accounts at the local level. Only current staff members may hold user accounts and may not share accounts. Single statewide information system (SSIS), data, reporting and security The ELC shall use the single statewide information system that OEL established for managing the single point of entry process and waiting list, tracking children’s progress, coordinating services among stakeholders, determining child eligibility, reflecting child enrollment in the SR and VPK Programs, tracking child attendance and streamlining provider administrative processes. The ELC shall use the most current release of each component of the statewide information system. The ELC shall fully implement any system changes within 30 days of release, unless OEL specifies a shorter time period. All requirements apply to all data systems for managing early learning program data, whether the ELC or a subrecipient/contractor operates the data system. The ELC shall verify and document, on a monthly basis, in OEL’s statewide information system that the ELC includes all legally-operating early learning providers within the ELC’s service...

  • Point of Sale The electric meter for each Participating Consumer’s account, as designated by the Local Distributor.

  • Single Point of Contact The Contractor must provide, at the request of the Authorized User, a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) regardless of the breadth of the services being provided. The Contractor is required to provide the name and contact telephone numbers (desk, cell phone etc.) of the SPOC. RETAINAGE The Authorized User may retain a percentage of each deliverable payment of no more than twenty-five (25) percent until the acceptance of the complete Implementation. This retainage may be reduced up to 5 percent as described in the SOW, when the Contractor substantially reduces the time required from the timeframes negotiated between the Authorized User and the Contractor. ENHANCEMENTS TO SERVICES When the right is reserved in the RFQ, unanticipated enhancements to the services procured not exceeding a cumulative twenty (20) percent of the Implementation Service cost may be agreed to by the Authorized User. Such inclusion must be included in the Total Cost Evaluation. Such unanticipated enhancements will require a written Authorized User Agreement revision, which for NYS Agency Authorized Users will include an amended Purchase Order. Any changes that will result in exceeding this twenty (20) percent will require a new competitive RFQ. Contractor shall notify the Authorized User in writing when a requested scope change will exceed the cumulative twenty (20) percent total value of the Implementation Services.

  • Point of Interconnection The Point of Interconnection shall be as identified on the one-line diagram attached as Schedule B to this ISA.

  • Establishment of Point of Interconnection The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Cooperative and enters the wires or facilities provided by DG Owner/Operator is the "Point of Interconnection." Cooperative and DG Owner/Operator agree to interconnect the Facilities at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Cooperative's Rules and Regulations and DG Manual relating to interconnection of Distributed Generation (the "Rules") and as described in the attached Exhibit A. The interconnection equipment installed by the customer ("Interconnection Facilities") shall be in accordance with the Rules as well.

  • Primary Point of Contact Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, CLEC shall be the primary point of contact for all CLEC Customers.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities Construction The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.
