Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities definition

Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff or Participating TO’s tariff, as applicable.
Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. (“ICIF”) means all facilities and equipment located between Successful Bidder’s offshore wind energy generation facilities collector system step-up transformers and the point of change of ownership at the onshore interconnection, including any modification, addition, or upgrades to such facilities and equipment, which facilities and equipment are constructed to physically and electrically interconnect Successful Bidder’s offshore wind energy generation facilities to the onshore transmission system.

Examples of Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a sentence

  • The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall at its own expense operate, maintain and control the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • The Participating TO and CAISO shall permit Interconnection Customer to operate the Electric Generating Unit and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the results of such studies.

  • The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, design, procure, construct, own and install the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Unless, in the Interconnection Customer's reasonable judgment, immediate action is required, the Interconnection Customer shall obtain the consent of the CAISO and the Participating TO, such consent to not be unreasonably withheld, prior to performing any manual switching operations at the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in response to an Emergency Condition declared by the Participating TO or CAISO or in response to any other emergency condition.

  • The Participating TO’s and the CAISO’s review of the Interconnection Customer's final specifications shall not be construed as confirming, endorsing, or providing a warranty as to the design, fitness, safety, durability or reliability of the Large Generating Facility, or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Participating TO shall test the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades and the Interconnection Customer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation.

Related to Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
