Waiting List. On a first-come, first-served basis governed by the date of receipt of an Application or Letter of Intent, BellSouth will maintain a waiting list of requesting carriers who have either received a Denial of Application or, where it is publicly known that the Premises is out of space, have submitted a Letter of Intent to collocate. BellSouth will notify the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list that can be accommodated by the amount of space that becomes available according to the position of the telecommunications carriers on said waiting list.
Waiting List. 14.04.01 Vacation dates which become available after the allocation of vacation dates will be offered in order of seniority to employees who are on a waiting list and, once accepted, will become their allocated vacation dates.
Waiting List. Applicants not selected for enrollment will be placed on a waiting list in the order determined by the random selection process. Applicants placed on the waiting list through this process take precedence over those placed on the waiting list after the application deadline. If slots become available during the school year, they will be filled from the waiting list. The waiting list is valid for only the upcoming school year. Applications will also be accepted after the established application period. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list in the order determined by application date.
Waiting List. Contractor shall maintain one waiting list throughout the school year that contains the names and phone numbers of all MPS pupils who have applied for admission into Contractor’s School and have met the admissions requirements of the school as set forth in the Contractor’s Program Description. Pupils shall be admitted from the waiting list on a first come, first served basis.
Waiting List. 14.06.01 Vacation periods which become available will be offered to employees who are on a waiting list in order of seniority. Preference will be given to an employee changing their first round. An employee’s first round shall only be split one time and all subsequent rounds will be bid in seniority order. Once accepted these dates will become their assigned dates. Notwithstanding the above, the vacation waitlist will not be actioned for any vacation becoming available less than 21 days ahead of time.
Waiting List. 7.1 Students will remain on the Waiting List when all places in the year level sought have been allocated, unless, at the request of the Parent(s), they are deleted from our pre-enrolment system. If a place does not become available in the requested year of entry, all students on the Waiting List will be rolled over to the next year of entry.
Waiting List. If space in the Hall is not available, the Student will be added to a waiting list and notified when and if space becomes available. If a Student is placed on the waiting list and is not offered a space by the end of the second week of classes, the College shall refund the Student’s Housing Security Deposit and this Agreement will be cancelled. A waiting list applicant may withdraw his or her name at any time prior to room assignment by the College for a refund of the deposit. Upon the Student’s withdrawal from the waiting list, this Agreement will be terminated.
Waiting List. In the event that the leased premises is not immediately available at the time of executing this Lease, Resident will be placed on a waiting list. While on the waiting list, Resident may cancel this Lease, in writing, at any time, and receive a full refund of their deposit. Priorities for apartment assignments are determined by space availability. UNC may not be able to honor all requests for apartment assignment, roommate choice or residential learning community. Residents on the waiting list as of August 1 must recommit to remain on the waiting list in writing to Housing & Residential Education via email. The University may place residents in temporary housing assignments. As permanent accommodations become available, temporarily assigned residents will be required to move to permanent accommodations as offered by the University.

BellSouth will notify the telecommunications carriers on the waiting list when space becomes available according to how much space becomes available and the position of telecommunications carrier on said waiting list. Upon request BellSouth will advise ITC/\DeltaCom as to its position on the list.
