Program Data means (a) research, preclinical, clinical, manufacturing and similar data, information, material and results, (b) regulatory filings and approvals, and (c) sales and marketing information.

Program Data means the data resulting from the performance of the Research Program by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Laboratory.

• Rani shall only have the right to publish or publicly present Program Data or other key results achieved with respect to Product with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written consent; provided that, once Chugai publishes or publicly presents Program Data or other key results achieved with respect to Product in the Collaboration, then Rani shall have the right to repeat such data or results without consent of Chugai.

• In such event, the Party experiencing the Change of Control shall Segregate the Product and related Information (including Program Data and Confidential Information of the other Party) from the Pre-Transaction Entities to protect the confidentiality of the Information and other Confidential Information of the other Party.

More Definitions of Program Data

Program Data means all data, in any form, collected regarding the patients recruited within the framework of the Program, whether reported in the electronic Case Report Forms (e-CRFs) and stored on a dedicated database or collected via the IT Platform, including data resulting from the analyses of the Biological Samples collected in the Program;

Program Data. Program Data means collectively, all proprietary data and results that are generated by or on behalf of either Party on any Memantine-Donepezil FDC Product under the Development Plan, including DM104, DM105, DM303 and DM304 studies.

Program Data shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.7.1.

Program Data means all concepts, techniques, products, processes, drawings (including, without limitation, computer-aided designs and drawings), reports, documents, plans, software, methods, procedures and other data and materials (including images) developed, acquired, brought into existence or used, whether by the Supplier or jointly by the Supplier and the Board, in relation to the Supplier’s supply or performance of Services, including the solution resulting from the performance of any Service Contract by the Supplier, other than Intellectual Property Rights of third parties, such as commercially available and purchased software.

Program Data means all data, content, information, and other materials of any nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, any and all metadata and Personal Information), embodied in any medium (i) provided or submitted by, a property owner or its representatives, you, or your Personnel to GAF, GAF’s affiliates, or GAF’s or GAF’s affiliates’ subcontractors (including, without limitation, data input by users through GAF Project); (ii) transmitted, received, used, processed, collected, generated, uploaded, stored, or hosted by GAF, GAF’s affiliates, or GAF’s or GAF’s affiliates’ subcontractors in connection with the provision of GAF Project, whether such data, content, information or other materials are received directly from, or on behalf of, you or your Personnel; and/or (iii) any output of GAF Project that is generated as a result of or in connection with your or your Personnel’s use of GAF Project, and any data, content, information, and other materials derived from data, content, information, or materials described in (i), (ii) and (iii).

Program Data means data generated in the performance of the Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of the Product or other Collaboration activities, including data specifically related to the combination of the Compound with the Device, but excluding Compound-Specific Data, Compound Manufacturing Data, Oral Delivery Data, and Product Manufacturing Data.
