Use of Premises. The Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant and Tenant's immediate family, consisting of , exclusively, as a private single family dwelling, and no part of the Premises shall be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single family dwelling. Tenant shall not allow any other person, other than Tenant's immediate family or transient relatives and friends who are guests of Tenant, to use or occupy the Premises without first obtaining Landlord's written consent to such use. Tenant shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules and orders of any and all governmental or quasi-governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy and preservation of the Premises.
Use of Premises. The tenant and the tenant’s immediate family will use the property for residential purposes. Use of Premises. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any purpose other than that described in the Hiring Agreement and shall not sub-hire or use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring onto the premises anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof nor allow the consumption of alcohol thereon without written permission.
Use of Premises. Tenant shall use the Premises only for residential purposes. Tenant also shall obey, and require anyone on the Premises to obey, all laws and any restrictions that apply to the Premises. Landlord will give Tenant notice of any restrictions that apply to the Premises. If the Premises are located in a condominium or cooperative development, the Lease and Tenant’s rights under it, including as to the common areas, are subject to all terms of the governing documents for the project, including, without limitation, any Declaration of Condominium or proprietary lease, and any restrictions, rules, and regulations now existing or hereafter adopted, amended, or repealed. Unless this box is checked, Landlord may adopt, modify, or repeal rules and regulations for the use of common areas and conduct on the Premises during the Lease Term. All rules and regulations must be reasonable and in the best interest of the development in which the Premises are located. Occasional overnight guests are permitted. An occasional overnight guest is one who does not stay more than nights in any calendar month (If left blank, 7). Xxxxxxxx’s written approval is required to allow anyone else to occupy the Premises. Unless this box is checked or a pet deposit has been paid, Tenant may not keep or allow pets or animals on the Premises without Landlord’s approval of the pet or animal in writing. Unless this box is checked, no smoking is permitted in the Premises. Tenant shall not keep any dangerous or flammable items that might increase the danger of fire or damage on the Premises without Landlord’s consent. Tenant shall not create any environmental hazards on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the Premises belonging to Landlord, nor permit any person to do so. Tenant may not make any alterations or improvements to the Premises without first obtaining Landlord’s written consent to the alteration or improvement. However, unless this box is checked, Tenant may hang pictures and install window treatments in the Premises without Landlord’s consent, provided Tenant removes all such items before the end of the Lease Term and repairs all damage resulting from the removal. Tenant must act, and require all other persons on the Premises to act, in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb any neighbors or constitute a breach of the peace.
Use of Premises. Tenant shall only use the Premises as a residence. The Premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade without prior written consent of the Landlord. Tenant will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the Premises.

Use of Premises. The premises shall be used by Tenant for residential purposes only and shall be occupied for such use by no more than ___ adults that are on the written lease. Anyone that is residing at the home that is not on the written lease will subject tenant to immediate termination of lease. Lessee shall not use the parking area or the ingress and egress area of the Premises in an unreasonable manner so as to interfere with the normal flow of traffic or the use of such areas by occupants of properties adjacent to the Leased Premises. Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises for the purposes of storing, manufacturing or selling any explosives, flammables or other inherently dangerous substance, chemical, thing or device. Lessee shall, on the Expiry Date or, if earlier terminated upon such termination, surrender possession of the Leased Premises without further notice to quit, in as good condition as reasonable use will permit. Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises for living quarters or as a residence. Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises for any unlawful, immoral or improper purpose, or in any manner which is contrary to law or to any directions, rules, regulations, regulatory bodies, or officials having jurisdiction thereof or which shall be injurious to any person or property.
