Building Directory. A directory for the Building will be provided for the display of the name and location of tenants. Landlord reserves the right to approve any additional names Tenant desires to place in the directory and, if so approved, Landlord may assess a reasonable charge for adding such additional names.

Building Directory. Landlord shall maintain in the lobby of Building a directory which shall include the name of Tenant and any other names reasonably requested by Tenant in proportion to the number of listings given to comparable tenants of the Building.
Building Directory. A building directory is located in the lobby of the Building. Tenant shall have the right, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense as to Tenant’s initial name strip, to designate one (1) name strip on such directory, and any subsequent changes to Tenant’s name strip shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense following Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s consent thereto (which consent may be withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion).

Building Directory. Tenant shall have the right, at no charge to Tenant, to have Tenant’s name entered into Landlord’s directory in the lobby of the Building.
Building Directory. If there is a Building directory at the Building, then at the written request of Tenant, Landlord shall list on the Building’s directory the name of Tenant, and to the extent space is available, any trade name under which Tenant has the right to operate, and any other entity permitted to occupy any portion of the demised premises under the terms of this Lease. If requested by Tenant, Landlord may (but shall not be required to) list the name of Tenant’s subsidiaries and affiliates; however, the listing of any name other than that of Tenant shall neither grant such party or entity any right or interest in this Lease or in the demised premises nor constitute Landlord’s consent to any assignment or sublease to, or occupancy of the demised premises by, such party or entity. Except for the name of Tenant, any such listing may be terminated by Landlord, at any time, without notice, and same shall not give rise to any claim relating thereto.
Building Directory. Landlord shall install a computerized touch screen Building directory for purposes of identifying the name, divisions and/or principal employees of tenants in the Building. Tenant shall be entitled to a reasonable number of entries in the directory commensurate with Tenant’s Percentage Share.
