Removal Sample Clauses

Removal. If any of the following events occur, the Issuer, by notice to the Asset Representations Reviewer, may remove the Asset Representations Reviewer and terminate its rights and obligations under this Agreement:
Removal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lessor may require that any or all Lessee-Owned Alterations or Utility Installations be removed by the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, notwithstanding that their installation may have been consented to by Lessor. Lessor may require the removal at any time of all or any part of any Alterations or Utility Installations made without the required consent of Lessor.
Removal. If the Executive is removed from office or permanently prohibited from participating in the Bank’s affairs by an order issued under section 8(e)(4) or (g)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(4) or (g)(1), all obligations of the Bank under this Agreement shall terminate as of the effective date of the order.
Removal. Any officer may be removed by the action of the Manager or the action of at least a majority of the directors then in office, with or without cause, for any reason or for no reason. Any officer other than the Chairman of the Board, the President, the Treasurer or the Secretary may also be removed by the Chairman of the Board or the President, with or without cause, for any reason or for no reason.
Removal. Any Trustee may be removed with or without cause at any time: (i) by written instrument, signed by at least two-thirds of the number of Trustees prior to such removal, specifying the date upon which such removal shall become effective, (ii) by vote of the Shareholders holding not less than two-thirds of the Shares then outstanding, cast in person or by proxy at any meeting called for the purpose, or (iii) by a declaration in writing signed by Shareholders holding not less than two-thirds of the Shares then outstanding and filed with the Trust's Custodian.
Removal. Any officer or agent elected or appointed by the Board of Managers may be removed by the Board of Managers whenever in its judgment the best interest of the Company would be served thereby, but such removal shall be without prejudice to the contract rights, if any, of the person so removed.
Removal. By delivery to Lessee of written notice from Lessor not earlier than 90 and not later than 30 days prior to the end of the term of this Lease, Lessor may require that any or all Lessee Owned Alterations or Utility Installations be removed by the expiration or termination of this Lease. Removal. The Trustee may be removed by the Purchaser upon 30 days prior written notice upon either (i) a material breach by the Trustee of its obligations hereunder or (ii) any action or inaction of the Trustee which constitutes bad faith, negligence or wilful misconduct in the performance of its obligations hereunder.
Removal. Unless Forest Service author- izes continued use, Purchaser shall remove or dispose of all improvements when no longer needed. Should Pur- chaser fail to remove or dispose of improvements within 6 months after Termination Date, Forest Service may dis- pose of improvements at Purchaser’s expense under B9.5 or may, upon written notice to Purchaser, assume ti- tle to improvements in the name of the United States. In the latter event, Purchaser shall not be required to re- move such improvements.
