Damage Caused. City agrees to immediately report to the Authority any damage City, its customers, visitors, agents, contractors or employees cause to the runways, taxiways, taxi lanes, roads, rights-of-way and driveways to and from the Leased Premises which it uses in common with other Airport users. City shall reimburse the Authority for the actual cost of repairs to these common areas caused by the City or those using the Airport by or through City.
Damage Caused. Each Owner who may cause any damage to the Detention Area through such Owner’s use thereof shall be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with such damage, including any maintenance, clean up or repair costs incurred by any other Owner.

The Hirer shall on demand pay to the Company the reasonable amount incurred by the Company in repairing or replacing as appropriate together with the Company administration fee of 10% of the repair or replacement cost any damage to the fixtures, fittings, apparatus, equipment, furniture of other contents thereof by a person participating at the invitation of the Organisation in the use of the facilities or premises (fair wear and tear excluded). The amount of such damage shall be certified by the Company whose decision shall be final.
Damage Caused. Any damage to the facilities, furnishings, fixtures, or surrounding areas and grounds shall be deemed a violation of this Agreement. Only persons authorized by the Board of Directors shall make repairs to the facilities. All repair costs resulting from a Member/User’s activity will be deducted from the Security Deposit and/or charged directly to the Member/User.

Tenant shall reimburse the Authority for the full cost of repairs to these common areas caused by Tenant or those using the Airport by or through Tenant.
