For Sublease signs, Lessee shall not place any sign upon the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. All signs must comply with all Applicable Requirements. Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall have the right to install signage on the exterior of the Premises, upon the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, which sign shall be a permit table sign; provided that Lessee shall provide evidence that such signage shall conform to all Applicable Requirements and all required permits shall have been obtained.
