Cost incurred definition

Cost incurred means expenses for implementation of a project accrued because the borrower has agreed to purchase equipment or is obligated to pay for services or materials already provided as a result of implementing an approved eligible project.
Cost incurred means, at any time with respect to Lots and Units, the then-current book value thereof, determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Insurance Cost Increase shall not, however, include any premium increases resulting from the nature of the occupancy of any other lessee of the Building.
