Qualifications of Staff. The Contractor shall be responsible for assuring that all persons, whether they are employees, agents, subcontractors or anyone acting for or on behalf of the Contractor, are properly licensed, certified or accredited as required under applicable state law and the Iowa Administrative Code. The Contractor shall provide standards for service providers who are not otherwise licensed, certified or accredited under state law or the Iowa Administrative Code.
Qualifications of Staff. A. The Proposer shall identify the principal and management staff including engagement partners, managers, other supervisors and specialists, who would be assigned to the engagement and indicate whether each such person is licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in Florida. The firm shall also provide information on the governmental auditing experience, including the scope of audit services requested by Orange County, of each person and information on relevant continuing professional education for the person, and information on relevant continuing professional education for the past three (3) years and membership in professional organizations relevant to the performance of these audit services. The proposal should include an organization chart and resumes for all staff assigned to this engagement.

Qualifications of Staff. A. Submit a listing of a minimum of twelve (12) current employees with public tennis complex experience. For the teaching staff, submit proof of current membership in the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), or United States Professional Tennis Association (USTA) with a minimum membership rating of Professional 1, and National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) of not less than 4.5, provide the locations of Tennis Clubs and the number of years as a player/teacher including a list of tournaments played and the types of coaching experience gained.

Describe any special qualifications of staff relating to creating advertisements, the design of brochures, marketing materials, websites, client communication templates, reports, copywriting, scriptwriting, digital and social media services, and list those projects.

The Provider will ensure that all staff providing services and supervision meet all licensing and credentialing requirements necessary to provide the services(s) being purchased and possess the necessary skills and experience to render the requested service(s). The Provider will assure that its employees, officers, agents, contracts, subcontracts or any individuals or entities employed by, affiliated with or representative of Provider in rendering services in connection with this MOU adhere to the requirements of this Agreement.

The Service Provider shall ensure that all staff working with young people shall be trained or have attained the following minimum qualification in Health & Social Care: Manager: National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5 or equivalent; Key worker: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Support Worker – must have Level 3 QCF Care Certificates The Service Provider shall ensure where staff are currently attaining relevant qualifications there shall be a comprehensive training and development plan in place.
