Key Project Staff definition

Key Project Staff means the staff responsible for Project implementation referred to under Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Key Project Staff means the nominees for the Key Roles in the Implementation Team. Proposed key project staff nominated by the Tenderer or the sub-contractor(s) of the Tenderer will be considered.
Key Project Staff means the program / project manager and on-site manager proposed by the Respondent for the project.

Examples of Key Project Staff in a sentence

  • Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to promptly and expeditiously replace Key Project Staff and replace all other personnel within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the written notice unless otherwise mutually agreed.

  • State approvals for replacement of Key Project Staff will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • The State, may, in its reasonable discretion, require Contractor to replace any Contractor Personnel, including but not limited to Key Project Staff, working hereunder who does not adhere to, behave, and perform consistent with the State’s policies and procedures, or otherwise engages in unprofessional or unethical conduct, or abuses any illegal substance or alcohol, or engages in illegal activities or consistently underperforms.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State acknowledges that Key Project Staff may become unavailable due to termination of employment for any reason, through disability or death, illness, or through leave of absence such as FMLA or National Guard duty for example.

  • Contractor shall not change other members of Key Project Staff without providing the State written justification, a comprehensive transition plan and obtaining prior written approval of the State.

  • In such circumstances, Contractor shall promptly notify the State in writing of the impending or actual departure of any Key Personnel and of the qualifications and identity of proposed replacement Key Project Staff.

  • The replacement of Key Project Staff shall have comparable or greater skills and applied experience than being replaced and be subject to reference and background checks described above.

  • The State has the right to reasonably disapprove of any replacement Key Project Staff.

  • If Contractor removes Key Project Staff for any reason without the State’s approval, Contractor agrees to replace the new Key Project Staff member if performance is unacceptable to State and provide the first thirty (30) days of a replacement resource with equivalent skill at no charge.

  • Provide a resume of no more than two pages for each individual identified on the List of Key Project Staff and Consultants.


More Definitions of Key Project Staff

Key Project Staff means those individuals whose names and roles and functions are listed under the heading “Key Project Staff” in the Statement of Work Schedule 1 Section A5; “Maintenance and Support Services” means the maintenance and support services to be provided as part of the Services by Software Vendor XYZ, in accordance with Clause 4.2, and as detailed in the Statement of Work Schedule 1;
Key Project Staff means the persons identified by the Proposer in its SOQ as:
Key Project Staff means the key project staff including the Project Leader as set out in Schedule A to be deployed by the Grantee for the purpose of implementing the Project subject to any replacement of the same as provided for in this Agreement.

Related to Key Project Staff

  • Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.

  • Key Project Personnel means the persons named in Schedule I (Key Project Personnel) and any replacement(s) approved by the City in accordance with ARTICLE 7;

  • Project Sponsor means an eligible governmental agency receiving program funds pursuant to an approved application.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • New Project means (a) each facility or operating location which is either a new facility, location or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, location or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Support staff means those staff holding an aircraft maintenance licence under Annex III (Part-66) in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Power Project or “Project” shall mean the Solar power generation facility of Contracted Capacity of ………..[Insert capacity] MW, located at [Insert name of the place] in …. [Insert name of the District and State] having a separate control system, metering and separate points of injection into the grid at Delivery/Interconnection/Metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities; bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility; whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power as per this Agreement;

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Project Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;
