Minimum Qualification. The minimum qualification for a Marine Pilot covered by this Agreement is holding or having held a Master Certificate or holding a MSQ Pilot’s License. However, with mutual agreement between a Pilot and NQBP, and approval from the regulator, a Pilot may not be required to maintain their Master Certificate.
