Contract Administration. The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:
Contract Administration. The Design Professional shall provide periodic review of the Work to assess compliance with the Contract Documents. The Design Professional shall not review any Work in respect to safety. The Design Professional is not the agent of the Owner, but is engaged as a consultant to the Owner to assist the Owner in determining if the conditions of the contract have been met. He is the agent of the Owner only when in special instances he is authorized in writing by the Owner so to act, and in such instances he shall, upon request, show the Contractor written authority.
