Local Development Plan (LDP) The LDP is a land-use planning document that includes the vision, objectives, strategy, proposals, policies and allocations for key areas of change/protection.
Developer is responsible for the installation of public streetscape elements – sidewalks, streetlights, and street trees within the subdivision – which shall be built in accordance with the Overall Development Plan and current applicable laws and regulations, including City of Madison Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and Construction and Design Standard Details.
Developer shall be allowed only those Permitted Uses as shown on the Overall Development Plan except to the extent that modifications to said Overall Development Plan may be required to give effect to the terms of this Agreement, such modifications being limited to those reasonably necessary to effect compliance with this Agreement, in which case Developer will be permitted all of the Permitted Uses shown in the modified Overall Development Plan.
