Public Relations and Marketing. All external facing communications related to this Grant and the Project, including but not limited to marketing, public relations and social media materials and content, shall be developed in consultation with the IEDC and receive IEDC and CIRDA written approval prior to publication. Communications should include appropriate reference to the IEDC as an investor, partner and/or sponsor of the program or initiative that is the subject of this Grant, including the use of the IEDC logo and IEDC social media tags and reference to IEDC social media accounts. All communications required under this paragraph shall be sent to XXXXX@xxxx.xx.xxx.

Public Relations and Marketing. With respect to expenditures for public relations, marketing or similar purposes, which would serve to augment District appropriations for the operation of the College, the Foundation may expend funds in such reasonable amounts, taking into consideration the unrestricted budget revenues of the Foundation, and for such purposes as are approved by the Board of Directors of the Foundation. The Foundation will manage and direct all public and media relations involving funding projects, events and campaigns in which the Foundation is involved. Materials and documents produced for public relations and marketing purposes under the direction of the Foundation will be reviewed by the Superintendent/President of the District prior to publication and distribution. The Foundation shall review any recommendations by the Superintendent/President, provided such recommendations are received within fifteen (15) days from the date such materials are submitted to the Superintendent/President. Consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and the purpose of the Foundation, the Foundation shall have the final authority to determine the form and content of such materials in regards to Foundation-specific activities.
Public Relations and Marketing. Subrecipient shall use reasonable efforts to coordinate with the RDA in advance of issuing any public relations communications and/or materials, including press releases, or otherwise responding to media inquiries (collectively, “Public Release”) in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement, including the Project. Should the RDA reasonably object to the Subrecipient's Public Release, the parties agree to work together to resolve and/or revise the Public Release. Subrecipient shall ensure that prompt responses and materials are provided to the RDA for the preparation of any Public Release. Subrecipient shall designate an individual to serve as the primary contact regarding Public Releases. All external facing communications relating to this Grant, including but not limited to marketing, Public Releases, and social media materials and content, shall be developed in consultation with the RDA and receive written approval by an authorized representative of the RDA prior to publication. Such communications should include appropriate reference to the RDA as an investor, partner, and/or sponsor of the program or initiative that is the subject of this Grant, including the use of the RDA logo and RDA social media tags and references to RDA social media accounts. All communications required to be sent to the RDA under this paragraph shall be sent to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx. Subrecipient shall provide reasonable notice to the RDA of any ribbon cuttings and other promotional events in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement, including the Project.
Public Relations and Marketing. Contractor will upon the Company's request consult with Company about certain aspects of Company's public relations, and marketing. Contractor will assist Company as requested in building, recruiting, and promoting an advisory board consisting of up to fifteen experts in particular areas of interest to Company. Contractor will provide Company with updates concerning Company's public relations, and marketing as frequently as Company may reasonably request. The services to be provided pursuant to this paragraph are referred to below as "Marketing Services." Contractor acknowledges that the acceptance of public relations and marketing proposals to Company generated by Contractor Marketing Services shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Company. Company may reject any prospective advisory board member introduced by Contractor for any reason whatsoever, whether or not reasonable.
Public Relations and Marketing. Review and final approval of any marketing pieces proposed and written/designed by the Affiliate; • Assistance with and final approval of press releases about grants from Affiliate Funds and/or from funds identified with Affiliate and major gifts to Affiliate Funds and/or funds identified with the Affiliate (as requested by the Affiliate Advisory Board in coordination with the CFGRB Affiliate staff); • Provide web pages within CFGRB’s website dedicated to Affiliate for use and coordinate development of Affiliate’s web page(s), online donation page(s) (as applicable) and updating of content as requested by Affiliate Advisory Board members; and • List Affiliate fund(s) and funds identified with the Affiliate in CFGRB’s annual report/Web site and possible promotion in CFGRB marketing materials when appropriate or applicable.

Public Relations and Marketing. ZDCF shall make available to the ------------------------------ Company the services of its corporate communications and marketing departments, including its in-house publishing group - Marcom, for developing marketing programs, and handling internal and external business communications. Such services shall include collection and analysis of information relating to the market for the Events, assistance in the preparation of internal and external news releases (including graphic design and printing services), relations with local, national and international trade and general press organizations, the organization of news conferences, the preparation of literature related to the Shows for distribution to the trade, the organization and implementation of advertising and promotion campaigns, and such other similar matters as ZDCF and the Company may mutually agree.
Public Relations and Marketing. Each Institution agrees that they will not use the name or logo or make any reference to the other Institution in any advertising, publication, brochure, certificate, documentation or diploma without the prior written consent of the Institution. Any such permission granted under this Agreement is for a nonexclusive, limited purpose related to the performance of this Agreement. Each Institution agrees that upon any such request from the other Institution, permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. In addition, the Institutions agree that nothing in this Agreement shall give any right, title, or interest in any of the other Institution’s marks, trademarks, logos, or photographic images, except the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Public Relations and Marketing. Subrecipient agrees to comply with the terms in Section 30 of the Grant Agreement relating to public relations and marketing and the terms in Section 31 of the Grant Agreement relating to the use of the IEDC name.
