Media Materials definition

Media Materials means the Program Logo, any slogan developed specifically for the Program, any trade names, trademarks or service marks created specifically for the Program, any copyrighted materials relating solely or primarily to the Program, including materials contained in the Program Disclosure Documents that are related specifically to the Agency or the Program, website content related specifically to the Program and marketing, advertising and public relations materials that are specific to the Program.
Media Materials means the cell culture media and nutrient feeds used in the Manufacturing Process.
Media Materials means those materials, in any format now known or hereafter developed, intended to be made public regarding any Prerelease Software.

Examples of Media Materials in a sentence

  • The Media Materials may be used by such Program or anyone licensed or designated by it, for publicity, advertising, or any other use which is consistent with the goals of the Programs.

  • Acknowledges Host Employer will not be paid any royalties or other compensation arising out of MassCEC’s use of the Media Materials.

  • The Client shall be responsible for backing up or creating safety duplicates of any Media Materials.

  • I acknowledge that all right, title, and interest in and to the Media Materials, including without limitation all copyrights and trademark rights, shall be the sole and exclusive property of HCI and that HCI has the unlimited right throughout the universe to edit, modify, and otherwise use such Media Materials.

  • MATERIALS AND INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS Media Materials and Publications Media materials and publications developed with state funds shall be submitted to the HCA for written approval prior to publication.

  • I understand that third party media representatives may be present at HCI Event, and I grant permission to third party media representatives to publish any Media Materials from their coverage of the HCI Event in any manner or format, including but not limited to, digital and print media, television, and radio.

  • I further waive my right to inspect or approve all preliminary, draft, beta and/or finished News Media Materials.
