Public Releases. No public releases including those for news, advertising, information, technical or scientific purposes relating to this Purchase Order shall be issued by Seller or by any second or lower tier contractor. Buyer does not endorse products or services. Accordingly, Seller shall not use or imply Buyer's or its client's name, or use Buyer's or its client's information or reports, for advertising, promotional purposes, raising of capital, recommending investments, sale of securities or in any way that implies endorsement by Buyer.
Public Releases. Purchaser and Seller shall agree with each other as to the form and substance of any press release related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, shall consult with each other as to the form and substance of other public disclosures related thereto, and shall not make any such press release or such other disclosures prior to such agreement or consultation; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit any party hereto from making any disclosure which it deems necessary in light of applicable Law, after notice to the other parties with the opportunity to comment, to the extent that delay of the disclosure is permitted under such Law.
Public Releases. Nothing contained herein shall permit or be deemed to permit use by Contractor of Company’s name, directly or indirectly, in the form of advertising or in a press release without the prior receipt of Company’s written approval.
Public Releases. The Company and the Investor shall consult with each other prior to issuing any press release or other public disclosure with respect to this Agreement, and the parties shall not issue such press release or make any public disclosure without the prior approval of the Company (in the case of a press release or public disclosure by the Investor) and the Investor (in the case of a press release or public disclosure by the Company), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at any time a party is required by Applicable Law to make a press release or other public disclosure (including the filing on SEDAR or XXXXX of any material change report or copy of this Agreement), such party may do so, notwithstanding the failure of the other party to approve the text of such press release or other public disclosure, provided that such party has made reasonable efforts in the particular circumstances to allow the other party a reasonable opportunity to comment on such press release or other public disclosure (including with respect to redactions to be made to this Agreement).
Public Releases. The Company agrees that it shall obtain prior approval of the Investor as to the content and form of any press release relating to the issuance and sale of Subscription Shares and the entering into of this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Public Releases. The parties reasonably shall agree upon the contents of a press release or releases and other public disclosure in respect of the transactions contemplated hereby and the other Transaction Documents and, except as specifically may otherwise be required by applicable law, each party covenants not to issue such release or make such disclosure absent such agreement.
Public Releases. The Company agrees that it shall promptly provide the Investor with drafts of any press release relating to the issuance and sale of Subscription Shares and the entering into of this Agreement for review and comment prior to the issuance thereof.
Public Releases. Phoenix and LIG shall consult with each other as to the form and substance of any press release or other public disclosure Materially related to this Agreement or any other transaction contemplated hereby, including the Proxy Statement; provided, that nothing in this Article 7.4 shall be deemed to prohibit any Party from making any disclosure which its counsel deems necessary or advisable in order to satisfy that Party's disclosure obligations imposed by Law.
Public Releases. Except as required by law or regulation, no news releases, public announcement or advertising material concerned with this order shall be issued by Seller without prior written consent of Buyer. Seller shall extend this restriction to lower-tier subcontractors involved in the performance of this order.
Public Releases. Except as provided in Section 2(f) of this Agreement or as required by law or regulation, neither party may use the trademarks or trade names of the other party or issue a news release, public announcement, advertisement, or other form of publicity concerning the existence of this Agreement or the services to be provided under this Agreement without obtaining prior written approval from the other party.
