Affiliate Staff definition
Affiliate Staff means all Practitioners who have been appointed to the Affiliate Staff.
Affiliate Staff means all dentists (other than oral and maxillofacial surgeons), clinical psychologists and podiatrists duly licensed in the State of Arizona who have been granted Affiliate Staff membership.
Affiliate Staff means Staff Members who meet all qualifications for Affiliate Staff as defined in these Bylaws, and have been granted Affiliate Staff status by the Board.
Examples of Affiliate Staff in a sentence
Before the Effective Date (as defined in Section 6 hereof), Resident shall obtain membership on Hospital's Medical Staff as a Resident Affiliate Staff Member, and Resident agrees to comply with the bylaws and rules and regulations of such Medical Staff at all times during the term of this Agreement.
Among Affiliates that have paid staff, the Board of Directors/Governing Board of Affiliate, or a committee or individual appointed by the governing authority of Affiliate shall prepare and submit an Affiliate Staff Survey response to APHA.
