The Description. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, lease space located in the office building ("Building") on the Real Estate consisting of 1,100 square feet, (hereinafter referred to as the "LEASED PREMISES").
