IMPROVED ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS OF WOMEN, LEADERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE. In 2021, TCE will train 200 people belonging to the cacao producer associations in entrepreneurship with a gender approach. TCE will have the support of the partner Eafit in Urabá, Bajo Cauca and Huila (100 people), and the partner Fundación Xxxxx with the Manizales Más program that will train 100 people in Tumaco. Female participation in training programs will reach 50%, that is, 100 women. Integration workshops with the Chocolate Dream will be held to maximize joint efforts, including a co-creation workshop with children and support programs for children and young people. During 2021, the partner EAFIT will support the participation of entrepreneurs in funding opportunities to trigger their initiatives. Manizales Más will begin the intervention in Tumaco. selecting the villages of intervention, training the people of the territory, launching an open call to the community and starting the community entrepreneurship workshops, establishing the entrepreneurship condition baseline and begin the process of strengthening and advising entrepreneurs for the development of new products.
