Technical Team definition

Technical Team means scientific consultants from Larry Walker Associates (UC Davis and CSU Chico) contracted by the District to provide technical and scientific support during development and implementation of the Shasta Valley GSP.

Technical Team has the definition set forth in Article II.B of Exhibit A.

Technical Team means the group comprised of one technical representative from each Local Agency Primary Entity, one Technical Representative (defined below) and two technical representatives from the San Luis Rey Indian Water Authority, for a total of five (5) members.

Technical Team means the entity defined in Section 6.6.
