Posting of Lists. For the purpose of equalizing opportunity to perform required overtime work, the Corporation shall post and maintain lists of employees in order of seniority, applicable to each postal installation. Such lists shall indicate the overtime opportunities offered each employee. Where agreed upon locally such lists will not be required, and in such an event, Clause 19.14 shall have no application. Agreement to not employ lists must be in writing.

Pay shall be deposited by direct deposit to the bank or credit union of the nurse’s choice. Pay stubs shall be issued to nurses on pay day. The nurse shall keep the Hospital advised of the bank account number for direct deposit.
Posting of Lists. (05) A seniority list for each seniority Group, one (1) for full-time employees and one (1) for part-time employees, shall be posted by the Company on May 1st and on November 1st of each year. Such lists shall show for each employee: the name, position and date from which seniority is accumulated. The Company shall furnish the Accredited Representative and the Local Chairperson of the Union copies of each list. The seniority list, on its posting date, shall be explained by the Department Head to the employees whose names appear on it and who are working in said Department. For the Banquets Department, there shall be one list for full-time employees, one for list “A” employees and one (1) for list “B” employees. If an employee is absent on the date of the posting, Management shall explain this list to said employee on or about his first day of actual return to work.
