No Application. Employee agrees that Employee will not apply for any job or position as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, or otherwise, with the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates. Employee warrants that no such applications are pending at the time this Agreement is executed.

Without Seller's prior written consent, until Closing Purchaser shall not make application to any governmental agency for any permits, approval license, occupancy certificate or other entitlement for the Property or the use or development thereof. No Application. Clause 17.5 shall have no application and shall not be deemed to be part of the Agreement if the Contractor is an individual.
No Application. The Registrar must not submit a Domain Name Application to the Registry or provide any other Registrar Services to a Registrant unless:
13.2.1 the Registrar is the registrar of the Registrant, as identified in the Registry; or
13.2.2 the Registrant has asked the Registrar to provide such services.
