Pay Stubs. The Employer shall at the time of making payment of wages to an employee, furnish a pay statement outlining the period for which the payment is made, the rate of wages, details of any additional payment such as premium, statutory holiday, overtime, and details of any deductions made. A record of accumulated sick time, and compensatory time, shall be included with pay records on a bi-weekly.
Pay Stubs. The Employer shall provide a separate detachable itemized statement with each payment of wages or reimbursement of expenses. Such itemized statements shall show number of hours worked at straight time rates and overtime rates, the wage rate and total deductions, and the last date to which the payment applies, and in the case of expenses, the breakdown of same such as transportation allowance at the applicable rate plus any other breakdown required. Unless alternate arrangements are made, all pay stubs will be mailed to employees on pay days. Employees who do not want their pay stubs mailed may pick them up at the Employer office.
