Payphone Charges. If you use our “Toll Free” feature or any toll free feature that we offer in the future, we will be entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to your number. We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If Client uses Marco’s “Toll Free” feature or any toll-free feature that Marco offers in the future, Marco will be entitled to recover from Client any charges imposed on Marco either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to Client’s number. Marco may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Xxxxx xxxxx appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If you use our toll free features that we offer now or in the future, ZTELCO will be entitled to recover from Customer any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to your toll free number(s). We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.

If Customer makes use of any toll free feature that is or may be offered by Tek-Hut in the future, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Tek-Hut is entitled to recover from Customer any charges imposed on Tek-Hut by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through Tek-Hut's suppliers in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s number, or any charges imposed on Tek-Hut by its suppliers to recover such costs. Tek-Hut may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Tek-Hut deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If Customer uses CT’s “Toll Free” feature or any toll-free feature that CT offers in the future, CT shall be entitled to collect from Customer any charges imposed on CT, either directly or indirectly, in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s number. Customer acknowledges and agrees that CT may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as CT deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs, its CT’s sole discretion.

If you make use of any toll free feature that is or may be offered by Aluma Tel in the future, you acknowledge and agree that Aluma Tel is entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on Aluma Tel by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through Aluma Tel's suppliers in connection with toll free calls made to your number, or any charges imposed on Aluma Tel by its suppliers to recover such costs. Aluma Tel may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Aluma Tel deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs. Failure to Pay Upon advance notice, we may suspend, restrict, or cancel the Services and this Agreement, if you do not make payments for current or prior bills by the required due date. Service suspension or cancellation will result in your loss of the number associated with the Service Late Payment Charge & Billing Disputes Acceptance of late or partial payments (even if marked "Paid in Full" or with other restrictions) shall not waive any of our rights to collect the full amount of your charges for the Service. You must notify Aluma Tel in writing within 7 days after receiving your credit card statement if you dispute any Aluma Tel charges on that statement or such dispute will be deemed waived. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, we will charge you an additional $25.00. All credit card declines are subject to a decline fee of $35.00 per decline. All accounts are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on past due balances to be accrued monthly. All accounts referred to an outside collection agency or attorney are subject to all collection and attorney fees. Gold Line will charge any state, provincial or federal mandated payphone fee imposed on Gold Line by payphone owners in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s toll free numbers. Gold Line may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Gold Line deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.

If Client uses Xxxxx’s “Toll Free” feature or any toll-free feature that Xxxxx offers in the future, Xxxxx will be entitled to recover from Client any charges imposed on Xxxxx either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to Client’s number. Xxxxx may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Xxxxx xxxxx appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
