Limited Warranties. The parties acknowledge that Confidential Information is or may be experimental in nature. THE DISCLOSING PARTY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY, UTILITY, SAFETY, OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OR ITS FREEDOM FROM INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
Limited Warranties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.e.
Limited Warranties. VirtaMove warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with its accompanying documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date You accept and execute an order for Software. VirtaMove further warrants that the Software will not contain any Harmful Code on delivery to You. VirtaMove does not, however, warrant that the Software will be free of all defects, errors, or inaccuracies. VirtaMove does not warrant that the Software will meet Your requirements. If the Software does not perform in accordance with the warranties set forth in this Section 7, Your exclusive remedy, upon presentation of Your receipt of purchase of a license for the Software, shall be, at VirtaMove’s sole option, to (i) return the license fees paid for the Software, or (ii) repair or replace the Software.

More Definitions of Limited Warranties

Limited Warranties means the representations and warranties of the Seller contained in the second sentence of Section 2.1, Section 2.9(f), the second sentence of Section 2.24 and Section 2.26.
Limited Warranties. With respect to Sony branded Products, Sony makes no warranties except those stated in the Sony limited warranty cards included with the Products. In the case of Sony Products sold on an AS IS basis, no Sony limited warranty terms apply to such Products and such Products are sold with all faults as a FINAL SALE. In the case of an optional extended warranty purchase from Sony, such extended warranty documentation is honored. With respect to third party (i.e. non- Sony branded) Products, such Products are sold by Sony AS IS. However, the third party manufacturer or supplier of these Products may offer their own warranties, and you agree to look solely to such manufacturer or supplier for any warranty related claims. SONY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Related to Limited Warranties

  • Limited Warranty means the limited warranties and your coverage provided by IKO for your Shingles as expressly set out in this document, and are the only warranties being provided by IKO.

  • Warranty means any one of them.

  • Warranty Rights means the Warranty Rights as described in Schedule I to the Participation Agreement.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.

  • Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

  • Fundamental Warranties means the representations and warranties of Group Companies set forth in Sections 4.1 (Organization, Standing and Qualification), 4.2 (Capitalization and Other Particulars of the Group Companies), 4.3 (Due Authorization), 4.4 (Valid Issuance of Purchased Shares), 4.5 (No Conflicts), 4.6 (Compliance with Law; Licenses), 4.8 (Financial Statements) and 4.19 (Taxes).

  • State Materials means all materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content and technology, in any form or media, directly or indirectly provided or made available to Contractor by or on behalf of the State in connection with this Contract.

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Breach of Agreement provisions of Section 5(a)(ii) will apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.

  • BRRD Liability means a liability in respect of which the relevant Write Down and Conversion Powers in the applicable Bail-in Legislation may be exercised.

  • Perfection Representations means the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto.
