Dispute Resolution definition

Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
Dispute Resolution means the process for resolving disputed Settlement Claims as set forth in this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in GIDAP Section 15.5 and in GIDAP BPM Section 15 for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

Examples of Dispute Resolution in a sentence

  • If the Parties cannot agree on a mediator within 10 Working Days after a request by one Party to the other, either Party will as soon as possible, apply to the mediation provider or to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) to appoint a mediator.

  • This process shall be repeated until the Financial Distress Service Continuity Plan is approved by Department or referred to the Dispute Resolution Procedure under Paragraph 3.5.

Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in the executed interconnection agreement, or Appendix U, Section 13.5; Appendix Y, Section 13.5 and GIP BPM, Section 17; or Appendix DD, Section 15.5 and in GIDAP BPM, Section 15, as applicable for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
