Time of receipt definition

Time of receipt. A Notice given in the manner: (a) specified in clause 18.1(a) is deemed received at the time of delivery; (b) specified in clause 18.2(b) is deemed received: (i) if sent between the hours of 9am and 5pm (local time) on a local Business Day, at the time of transmission; or (ii) if subclause (i) does not apply, at 9am (local time) on the local Business Day most immediately after the time of sending. For this purpose "local time" is the time in the place of receipt of the Notice, and a "local Business Day" is a Business Day in that place.
Time of receipt means the actual time a properly submitted Support Request is received by Licensor (“Submission Time”), if such Submission Time is within Support Hours, or if Submission Time is within Extended Support Hours and the Support Request is deemed by Licensor to be of the appropriate severity. Otherwise, Time of Receipt shall mean the beginning of the Support Hours most closely following Submission Time.
Time of receipt means the moment at which the Goods have entered the terminal.
