Class Member definition

Class Member means a member of the Class.
Class Member or “Settlement Class Member” means a member of the Class, as either a Participating Class Member or Non-Participating Class Member (including a Non- Participating Class Member who qualifies as an Aggrieved Employee).
Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Class.
