Your Device definition

Your Device means a mobile device owned or controlled by you: (a) that meets the then- current Company specifications for mobile devices as set forth at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; and (b) on which the Driver App has been installed as authorized by Company solely for the purpose of providing Transportation Services.

Your Device means any computer or device functioning as an Internet client or workstation in your possession and control with Internet access, which you use to access the Service. If you choose to access the Service through a third- party application or equipment you don’t own, you may be increasing your privacy and security risks.
