Outside School Hours Care. Outside School Hours Care services provide After School Care, Before School Care and/or Vacation Care services for primary school-aged children in which enrichment programs such as cultural activities, life skills or sporting activities may be provided. Mobile Services Mobile services are where early learning staff travel to visit areas to provide care and early learning sessions and support. This may include vacation care, playgroups, on-farm care, parenting support, toy libraries and parent resource libraries. Important requirements You must comply with:  DSS Departmental Policies*;  the relevant Guidelines*;  the Data Exchange Protocols*; and any other service compliance requirements applicable to the Activities you are funded to deliver. Any or all of these may be amended by us from time to time. If we amend these we will notify you in writing at least one month prior to the changes coming into effect. The latest versions can be found on the DSS website xxx.xxx.xxx.xx. You must ensure that cultural and linguistic diversity is not a barrier for people targeted by this Activity, by providing access to language services where appropriate. Review point The department, at its sole discretion, has the right to collect any data, reporting and other information relevant to your performance of this Activity, your compliance with this Agreement and the outcomes of the Activity under this Agreement. The department may use the data, reporting and other information in any way as required, including for the purpose of reviewing or evaluating the Grantee’s performance in any future grant agreements that relate to this Activity or another Activity that is, or will be, funded by the department. Data Exchange Reporting You are required to provide client level data and service delivery information from all recipients of this Activity in accordance with the Data Exchange Protocols (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx/). You must provide the data required within the Data Exchange through an approved mechanism as outlined in the Data Exchange Protocols. You are required to finalise the submission of data within the Data Exchange for each reporting period within 30 days of the reporting period ceasing, as set out in the reporting schedule below. For this Activity, participation in the “partnership approach” is a requirement of funding. Outside School Hours Care. Issues The Parties agree that the key issue to be addressed is: • the development of outside school hours services on sites at local schools in the Glenorchy area to respond to identified community need Strategies The Parties agree that the strategies they will employ are: • The Parties, through the Glenorchy Education and Training Consultative Group, will facilitate the process of the development of outside school hours care on site at local Glenorchy schools • The Council will provide data collected by the Council in August 2000 and ongoing data as required by the Group • The Department of Education will conduct a cost analysis of potential sites based on anticipated licensing guidelines to be implemented by the Department late 2000 • The Group will select a site/ s on the basis of responding to identified community need and availability of a suitable site/ s • The Group will adopt a cooperative approach to seeking funding including the possibility of accessing school based funds • The Parties will consider establishing the service at Springfield Gardens Primary School as part of the broader strategy of using that school as a community resource • The Council and the Department of Education will collaboratively seek an operator to provide the service Performance Indicators The Parties agree the indicators to be used are: • Within one month of signing this Agreement, a facilitation methodology will be determined • Within two months of signing this Agreement, the data will be reviewed • Within three months of signing this Agreement, a cost analysis will be conducted • Within four months of signing this Agreement, the group will select a site/ s • Within six months of signing this Agreement, options for funding will be identified and investigated • A service/ s will be established by the beginning of Term 2, 2001 • Progress of the proposal will be evaluated at 6,12 and 24 months from signing this Agreement

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.
