  • Open Issues (a) Notwithstanding any provision of the Registry Agreement to the contrary (including Sections 7.6 and 7.7 thereof), Registry Operator agrees that the following requirements, procedures and provisions of the Registry Agreement (including the documents incorporated by reference therein) may be modified and amended by ICANN after the date hereof, without the consent of Registry Operator:

  • Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the World Trade Organization to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.

  • Export Subsidies 1. The Parties and Signatory Parties share the goal of achieving the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural products and shall cooperate in efforts to achieve an agreement within the framework of the WTO to eliminate such subsidies.

  • District Insurance The District shall provide such insurance for the protection of employees as is required by RCW 28A.400.370 and upon annual renewal shall provide employees with a written summary of the coverage they have under the provisions of the District insurance policies. The District shall notify the President of any change in insurance coverage.

  • Environmental Issues Neither Seller nor any agent or representative of Seller has made any representations as to any environmental, health or safety conditions that which exists or may arise at the Property. Purchaser assumes responsibility for any and all clean-up costs, and will indemnify Seller, and hold Seller harmless, with respect to the same.

  • Initial Issue Eligible employees in the classifications listed under Section 1.D “Uniform Allowance”, when hired or newly assigned to a position requiring them to wear a uniform, shall receive, within thirty (30) days of hire or assignment, an initial allowance toward the purchase of required uniforms in the amount as provided in Section 1.D below.

  • Ethical Issues The Operator agrees to comply with all Applicable Laws and all ethical requirements imposed on it or Physicians involved in the Services and to report to AHS and all interested Professional Governing Bodies any circumstances of which it becomes aware which could involve a breach of ethical requirements by it or any such Physician.

  • Canadian Armed Forces (a) Employees who participate in activities related to the Reserve Component of the Canadian Armed Forces may be granted leave of absence as follows:

Departments of a university shall be established by the University administration with the advice of the Senate according to criteria of commonality of interest and academic purpose, without any numerical limits on size. Divisions or other major groupings of departments with some common interest may also be formed.

  • Subsidies 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of subsidies shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.
