Review Point definition

Review Point means at 6, 12 and 24 months from the commencement date of the first market at Leicester City Football Club by the Applicant.
Review Point means each and any of the following:

Examples of Review Point in a sentence

  • Bank shall provide a credit allocation for the Program in the amount of the Credit Review Point.

  • If Bank selects this option, then Bank’s written notice to Retailer will include the amount of the increased Credit Review Point.

  • Bank shall provide an internal credit allocation for the Program in the amount of the Credit Review Point.

  • Bank shall not be obligated to make any extension of credit under the Program if, after such extension, the aggregate indebtedness for all Accounts would exceed the Credit Review Point then in effect.

  • Bank will select one of the foregoing options in clause (iii) within sixty (60) days after such CRP Threshold Date, and will give Retailer written notice of such election, including, in the case of an election to increase the Credit Review Point, the amount of such increase.

  • Bank and Retailer desire to increase the Credit Review Point, update the Financial Covenants, and to address certain other issues set forth below, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • If at any time Bank notifies Retailer of its election not to increase the then applicable Credit Review Point pursuant to this Section, Retailer shall have the termination rights set forth in Section 17(b)(ii).

  • If Bank selects this option, then Bank’s notice to Retailer will include the amount of the increased Credit Review Point.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, neither CML nor NordicTrack will (a) increase the Credit Review Point (as such term is defined in the Monogram Credit Card Program Agreement) above $123,000,000 without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent or (b) increase the Credit Review Point (as such term is defined in the GE Capital Credit Card Program Agreement) above $20,000,000 without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

  • Specifically, this Review Point will include a review of all reporting requirements at ‘Section E.


More Definitions of Review Point

Review Point means annually beginning 1 January 2019;

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.

  • Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Review Assets means those Receivables identified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.16 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement as requiring a Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice according to Section 3.01 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
