Infertility Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement, except that Physician shall not be prohibited from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.

Infertility Services means those Health Services designed for the primary purpose of successfully fostering and achieving conception and Pregnancy.

Infertility Services shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Management Agreement, except that Levy shall not be prohibited from providing obstetrics and general gynecological services.
