Notification to Members. When an investigation concerning a member occurs wherein corrective/disciplinary action of record [written reprimand, suspension, forfeiture of accrued leave (excluding sick leave), demotion, or termination] may result, the member, at the conclusion of the investigation, shall be immediately notified of the result.
