Notification to Members. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Health Plan will communicate such expiration or termination to Members as required by and in accordance with Laws and Program Requirements. Providers shall obtain Health Plan’s prior written approval of Provider communications to Members regarding the expiration or termination of this Agreement. The foregoing sentence shall not prevent a Provider from engaging in communications with his patient regarding the patient’s health.
