Effective Date of Termination. Except as otherwise provided in this Contract, termination will be effective as of the date specified in the notice of termination.
Effective Date of Termination. The terminating party under Paragraph 6.06.B may set the effective date of termination at a time up to 30 days later than otherwise provided to allow Engineer to demobilize personnel and equipment from the Site, to complete tasks whose value would otherwise be lost, to prepare notes as to the status of completed and uncompleted tasks, and to assemble Project materials in orderly files.
Effective Date of Termination. Executive’s employment will terminate on the 30th day after Executive gives written notice to the Company stating that Executive is resigning his employment with the Company for any reason other than Good Reason, unless the Company waives in writing all or part of this notice period (in which case the termination of employment is effective as of the date of the waiver).

Executive’s employment will terminate on the 30th day after the Company gives written notice to Executive stating that Executive’s employment is being terminated without Cause. The Company may, at its discretion, place Executive on a paid administrative leave during all or any part of the notice period. During the administrative leave, the Company may bar Executive’s access to its offices or facilities or may provide Executive with access subject to such terms and conditions as the Company chooses to impose.
Effective Date of Termination. Termination due to a material breach of Articles 2 (Grant of Rights), 5 (Copies), 7 (Protection of Software), or 8 (Confidentiality) shall be effective on notice. In all other cases, termination shall be effective thirty (30) days after notice of termination to the defaulting party if the defaults have not been cured within such thirty (30) day period.
Effective Date of Termination. Unless expressly provided otherwise, any termination pursuant to this Article XVII shall be effective at the end of the then current school year; provided, however, that any termination may be made effective immediately upon written notice if such immediate termination is necessary to protect the health, safety, or welfare of students.
