Bargaining Agreement definition

Bargaining Agreement means each agreement or labor contract entered into with a union, labor organization or works council governing the terms and conditions of employment of any Identified Employee, or containing any information or consultation rights, or other rights or obligations, with respect to a union, labor organization or works council.
Bargaining Agreement means the collective bargaining agreements set forth on Schedule 3.11(a).

More Definitions of Bargaining Agreement

Bargaining Agreement means any collective bargaining agreement between an Employer and the Union or Local Union that provides for contributions to the Trust Fund, including any extensions or renewals of such collective bargaining agreement.
