Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.

Notification to Lenders. Upon receipt of a Notice of Extension/Conversion from the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.07(a), the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the contents thereof.

Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of or amendment to any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and Company of such issuance or amendment in writing and such notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit or amendment. Upon receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of such issuance or amendment and the amount of such Lender’s respective participation in such Letter of Credit or amendment, and, if so requested by a Lender, Administrative Agent shall provide such Lender with a copy of such Letter of Credit or amendment. In the event that Issuing Lender is other than Administrative Agent, such Issuing Lender will send by facsimile transmission to Administrative Agent, promptly upon the first Business Day of each week, a report of its daily aggregate maximum amount available for drawing under commercial Letters of Credit for the previous week. Upon receipt of such report, Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of the contents thereof.

Notification to Lenders. Upon satisfaction by the Company and any Canadian Subsidiary of the requirements set forth in subpart (b) above, and each Agent’s satisfaction that the addition of such Canadian Subsidiary as a Canadian Borrower hereunder is appropriately documented pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the Agents shall promptly notify the Company, such Canadian Subsidiary and the Lenders thereof, whereupon such Canadian Subsidiary shall be designated a “Canadian Borrower” pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such Canadian Subsidiary shall become bound by all representations, warranties, covenants, provisions and conditions of this Agreement and each other Loan Document applicable to the Canadian Borrowers as if such Canadian Borrower had been the original party making such representations, warranties and covenants.
