Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.
Notification to Lenders. Upon receipt of a Notice of Extension/Conversion from the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.07(a), the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the contents thereof.
Notification to Lenders. Upon receipt of a Notice of Extension/Conversion from the Borrower pursuant to subsection 2.08(a) above, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the contents thereof and such notice shall not thereafter be revocable by the Borrower. If no Notice of Extension/Conversion is timely received prior to the end of an Interest Period for any Group of Eurodollar Loans, the Borrower shall be deemed to have elected that such Group be converted to Base Rate Loans as of the last day of such Interest Period.
Notification to Lenders. 3.6 On or before each Utilisation Date the Agent shall notify each Lender of the Letter of Credit that is to be issued by the Agent on behalf of the Lenders, the name of the Applicant in respect of whom the Letter of Credit is being issued and the aggregate principal amount of the relevant Letter of Credit allocated to such Lender pursuant to this Agreement. Cancellation of Available Commitments
Notification to Lenders. The Facility Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the currency and the Original Base Currency Amount of each Loan.
Notification to Lenders. Upon satisfaction by the Company and any Foreign Subsidiary of the requirements set forth in subpart (b) above, and the Global Agent’s satisfaction that the addition of such Foreign Subsidiary as a Foreign Subsidiary Borrower hereunder is appropriately documented pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the Global Agent shall promptly notify the Company, such Foreign Subsidiary and the Lenders thereof, and shall notify the Lenders whether such Foreign Subsidiary is the Canadian Borrower or a Foreign Revolving Facility Borrower, whereupon such Foreign Subsidiary shall be designated a “Foreign Subsidiary Borrower” pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such Foreign Subsidiary shall become bound by all representations, warranties, covenants, provisions and conditions of this Agreement and each other Loan Document applicable to the Foreign Subsidiary Borrowers as if such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower had been the original party making such representations, warranties and covenants.
Notification to Lenders. Promptly after receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.
Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of or amendment to any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and Company of such issuance or amendment in writing and such notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit or amendment. Upon receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of such issuance or amendment and the amount of such Lender’s respective participation in such Letter of Credit or amendment, and, if so requested by a Lender, Administrative Agent shall provide such Lender with a copy of such Letter of Credit or amendment. In the event that Issuing Lender is other than Administrative Agent, such Issuing Lender will send by facsimile transmission to Administrative Agent, promptly upon the first Business Day of each week, a report of its daily aggregate maximum amount available for drawing under commercial Letters of Credit for the previous week. Upon receipt of such report, Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of the contents thereof.
Notification to Lenders. No later than 10 Business Days prior to the decision to extend or reissue any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender thereof shall notify Agents in writing of the date on which such Issuing Lender expects such decision will be made and of the date by which such decision must be made in order to avoid a drawing under such Letter of Credit. Promptly after the issuance, amendment or extension of any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each Lender of such issuance, amendment or extension in writing. Upon receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender in writing of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C and, if so requested by a Lender, Administrative Agent shall provide such Lender with a copy of such Letter of Credit, amendment or extension.
Notification to Lenders. Upon satisfaction by the Company and any Canadian Subsidiary of the requirements set forth in subpart (b) above, and each Agent’s satisfaction that the addition of such Canadian Subsidiary as a Canadian Borrower hereunder is appropriately documented pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the Agents shall promptly notify the Company, such Canadian Subsidiary and the Lenders thereof, whereupon such Canadian Subsidiary shall be designated a “Canadian Borrower” pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such Canadian Subsidiary shall become bound by all representations, warranties, covenants, provisions and conditions of this Agreement and each other Loan Document applicable to the Canadian Borrowers as if such Canadian Borrower had been the original party making such representations, warranties and covenants.
