Negotiations Information. (1) The Board and the Association will enter negotiations for a district teachers' salary schedule, an extra-curricular salary schedule, insurance, leave time and sick leave benefits.

Negotiations Information. The Board shall make available to the Association, upon reasonable request, public information as is requested by the Association for developing intelligent, feasible, and constructive proposals in behalf of teachers. This information may include complete and accurate financial reports, the proposed budget for the next school year, information on the number and level of teachers on the salary schedule, and other similar information. In addition, the Association agrees to furnish similar information to the Board upon reasonable request.
Negotiations Information. The Board shall provide the Association, upon request, regularly prepared public information germane to matters within the scope of negotiation. This shall include but not necessarily be limited to the current annual financial audit, the tentative budget, the adopted budget and a scatter gram indicating the numbers of teachers at each step and lane on the salary schedule. Nothing herein shall require the Board to research or assemble information. The cost of copying such material shall be borne by the Association.
Negotiations Information. The superintendent will make available copies of the tentative budget, Board salary proposals and copies of proposed amendments and additions to administrative and Board policies affecting professional personnel, and such other readily available and pertinent information as the Association may request. Nothing herein shall require the administrative staff to research and assemble information. The Association will furnish copies of any pertinent information as reasonably requested by the superintendent or Board.

The Board agrees to assist the Association in the negotiation process by providing information available to and used by the Board negotiating committee and which may reasonably be expected to assist the Association to assess Board proposals and formulate their own proposals. The Board shall not be required to provide copies of its internal working documents to the Association.

  • Business Information All Business Information shall be owned jointly by the Members as their Ownership Interests are determined pursuant to this Agreement.   • Confidentiality and Safeguarding Information 1. Each Party may have access to confidential information made available by the other. The provisions of the Florida Public Records Act, Chapter 119, F.S., and other applicable state and federal laws will govern disclosure of any confidential information received by the State of Florida.

  • Treatment of Proprietary and Confidential Information A. Both parties agree that it may be necessary to provide each other during the term of this Agreement with certain confidential information, including trade secret information, including but not limited to, technical and business plans, technical information, proposals, specifications, drawings, procedures, customer account data and like information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Information”). Both parties agree that all Information shall either be in writing or other tangible format and clearly marked with a confidential, private or proprietary legend, or, when the Information is communicated orally, it shall also be communicated that the Information is confidential, private or proprietary. The Information will be returned to the owner within a reasonable time. Both parties agree that the Information shall not be copied or reproduced in any form. Both parties agree to receive such Information and not disclose such Information. Both parties agree to protect the Information received from distribution, disclosure or dissemination to anyone except employees of the parties with a need to know such Information and which employees agree to be bound by the terms of this Section. Both parties will use the same standard of care to protect Information received as they would use to protect their own confidential and proprietary Information.

  • CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY 11.1 If Cisco and Supplier have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) which covers disclosure of confidential information under the Purchase Order, and if the term of the NDA expires before the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, then the term of the NDA shall be automatically extended to match the term of the Purchase Order.
