Contract Information definition

Contract Information means the contents of the Contract, the contents of the Tender, information regarding the tender process for the Contract and information on the amounts paid to the Contractor under the Contract;
Contract Information means the kind of information that:

More Definitions of Contract Information

Contract Information has the meaning given to it in clause 8.5;

Contract Information means the information set out in the Annex to Condition C1;
Contract Information means all information (including business, technical, and other information), data, knowledge, ideas, and work that is provided or made available to Supplier by Company in any tangible or intangible form, whether directly or indirectly, for the purpose of this Contract or that is learned, developed, discovered, or created by Supplier Group in connection with this Contract. Contract Information does not include Supplier Background Technology, information available generally to the public, or information independently made available to Supplier by a Third Party with a legal right to disclose that information without restriction.
Contract Information means the basic information about this Agreement as well as the execution of this Agreement, entitled “Contract Information” commencing on page 1 of this Agreement.
