Fringe Benefit. The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

The salary continuation benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Bank as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payment or bonus in lieu of these salary continuation benefits.
Fringe Benefit. The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Bank as a fringe benefit to Director.
Fringe Benefit. Subd. 1 The Hebron Public School District shall pay, as a fringe benefit, in accordance with the negotiating agreement a single health policy. This fringe benefit will be made in compliance with federal and state laws using a Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan with Xxxxxx Xxxx Insurance Company or other Association and Board agreed administrative agent. The amount will be prorated per percentage of time spent by teachers who teach less than full time.
Fringe Benefit. The Nursing staff beginning service to the School District with the 2022-2023 contract years will be provided a fringe benefit package that is not subject to NPERS employer and employee contributions but is subject to applicable FICA taxes. Nurses will be provided the following options within their fringe benefit package:

The benefits provided under this Agreement are in lieu of any benefits that otherwise would be provided to Executive under that certain Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement between the Employer and the Executive, which the parties agree will be cancelled and thereunder be of no further force and effect.
Fringe Benefit. It is mutually agreed that as a fringe benefit, Fort Xxxxx Community College will provide the Professional Employees that come under this agreement the option of health insurance with Fort Xxxxx Community College paying a minimum of 90% of the employee benefit premium and 50% of dependent benefit premium.
Fringe Benefit. You will be covered by the Company's group medical program upon satisfaction of the programs minimum waiting period. Except as provided herein, there will be no other benefits provided to you by the Company other than the six weeks of vacation, and an employee Option Plan and your bonus stock and, incentives contingent upon performance that will be negotiated in good faith.
