Verizon OSS Information definition

Verizon OSS Information means any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an TCG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any TCG Customer Usage Detail Information (as defined in Section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, TCG.
Verizon OSS Information means any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T Broadband through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a AT&T Broadband Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T Broadband through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any AT&T Broadband Usage Information (as defined in Section 1.1.6 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T Broadband.
Verizon OSS Information means any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or an AT&T Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any AT&T Call Detail Information (as defined in Section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, AT&T.

Examples of Verizon OSS Information in a sentence

  • Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Reconex.

  • In addition, if Reconex or an employee, agent or contractor of Reconex at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 above and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Reconex, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 above and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.

  • In addition, if Ymax or an employee, agent or contractor of Ymax at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to Ymax, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.

  • The foregoing right shall include, but not be limited to, the right (but not the obligation) to electronically monitor Ymax ’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Information which is made available by Verizon to Ymax through Verizon OSS Facilities.

  • Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Covista.

  • Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, Reconex shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information.

  • Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Z-Tel.

  • In addition, if CBB or an employee, agent or contractor of CBB at any time breaches a provision of Sections 8.4 or 8.5 of this Attachment and such breach continues for more than ten (10) days after written notice thereof from Verizon, then, except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right, upon notice to CBB, to suspend the license to use Verizon OSS Information granted by Section 8.5.1 of this Attachment and/or the provision of Verizon OSS Services, in whole or in part.

  • Except as expressly stated in this Section 8, Z-Tel shall acquire no rights in or to any Verizon OSS Information.

  • Any access to, or use or disclosure of, Verizon OSS Information by Covista’s employees, agents or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Related to Verizon OSS Information

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Business Information means all information and records (in whatever form held and whether commercial, financial, technical or otherwise) relating to the Company or the business or activities or affairs of the Company, which can be reasonably considered to be confidential to the Company.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.
