Association Recognition. The Board recognizes the rights guaranteed to teachers by law and hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of all certificated school employees under a valid Regular or Temporary Teacher’s contract of Perry Township Schools, but excluding all Central Office Administrators, Principals, Assistant Principals, High School Directors of Guidance, Middle School Directors of Guidance, Middle School Advisors, High School Athletic Directors, and Middle School Athletic Directors.
